Pool Inspection

When you are purchasing a home with a swimming pool, the safety and condition of the pool is just as important as the rest of the home. There are many issues that could affect a pool, some minor and some major. A detailed knowledge of the condition of the swimming pool would be a huge factor in a home purchase.

When we inspect a pool we will run the pump in normal operation modes, check the overall condition of the water levels, color and condition.  We are going to check for any possible safety issues such as the absence of child safety locks, self closing gates, and make sure ladders/railings are firmly attached.  We will preform a function test pool heaters as applicable.
